SubRosa at The Grand offers a hydrotherapy pool, saunas, steam rooms, a relaxation lounge, and a gym. Treatments from Elemis, Seabody, and MarocMaroc are available, and guests can book spa access for £45 per adult (complimentary for Grand Heritage Suites).
